I hope loyal Amarrians everywhere will join me in congratulating Catiz Tash-Murkon and her champion Kalen Darklight following their victory tonight.
Whilst it is no secret that Catiz was not my first choice at the start of the tournament, I along with loyalists throughout the cluster will pledge formal allegiance to her. I am sure that our new Empress will be a worthy leader of Amarria, and that under her guidance the Empire's fortunes will go from strength to strength. She will both defeat the enemies of the outside and control the enemies of the inside, and just as I supported her predecessors Heideran VII, Doriam II and Jamyl I, so shall I support her.
All Hail Empress Catiz of Amarr!
Long live the Empress!
Amarr Victor!

Make ready, sinners, for the Blood Age comes quickly. Amen. Amarr Victor.

Formal allegiance? As opposed to allegiance? Then we do hope that your initial scepticism and lack of conviction, doesnGÇÖt cloud your loyalty. We have heard more convincing congratulation addresses in primary school... On a more important matter: We urge all subjects of the Great Khanid Kingdom and all those loyal to the house of Khanid to join us in our plea to His Majesty to continue his reign. The Shathol'Syn is not a proper doctrine and should not considered to be orthodoxy. By His Light and His Will! Still picking nits, I see?
To clarify, Catiz won the the throne. I will be as loyal to her as I was to her predecessors.
Regarding the future of Khanid, I hope he does the right thing.

As I recall, that old adage is attributed to totalitarian regimes conducting sham "elections" of the type where the Dear Leader is unopposed and receives 100% of the vote. Our elections operate at every level of society from the smallest local council or magistrate to the Presidency of the Federal Union. If your comment was meant as a serious accusation of corruption, then you've apparently come across evidence of the most audacious and widespread conspiracy of all time. If it's meant as an idle insult towards the legitimacy of our way of life, it would be akin to me speculating that Amarrian "nobility" amounts to which so called great houses were earliest in adopting the concept of rutting with their sisters to keep the family lines "pure." Which would be a most undiplomatic kind of a thing to say, on such a grand occasion as this... Perhaps someone of your stature should think before they pile into the petty trolling.
I think that the Presidential election of twelve years ago was pretty much the definition of a sham election.

The Empire is an authoritarian state. You do not get a say in governance unless you are part of the government. Popular opinion is taken with a grain of salt. Popular uprisings are crushed mercilessly, and if you keep this up you will be declared an enemy and exiled from the Empire.
If you are not on the Privy Council, Theology Council, or a Speaker of Truth, you do not have the right to question the ruler of the Empire. As it stands that will be Catiz Tash-Murkon very soon, and none of those three bodies have raised ANY contention to that state of affairs. As such, Catiz Tash-Murkon is going to be our Empress whether you like it or not.
That means you shut your trap and serve the Empress until the moment she is either dead or determined to be not the true Empress by people much more clever than you. You have not defeated the kingdom Khanid. Question. The house Tash-Murkon there is a sign of faith in the family coat of arms ? In Tash-Murkon have the royal seal ? Second question. Why were permitted to participate home Tash-Murkon in succession? When has returned Khanid. By tradition, impossible to that would be an even number of participants was on the board. Everyone knows that the Tash-Turkon very rich family. In the past, they have already purchased a title and freedom. Do you really think that they have not bought Succession. I do not believe. Money rules the world. I hope to understand.
The Tash-Murkons were elevated to the status of Heirs by Emperor Heideran VII. Their status was confirmed by both Emperor Doriam II and Empress Jamyl.
Who are you to disagree with Empress Jamyl?

During the reign of Emperor Heidan VII. Have received the status "heir" because of their wealth. When the was expelled the heir Khanid II. During the reign of Empress Jamyl Sarum, everything was is done correctly. Six or four heirs are inadmissible in the council. In Khanid heir was the status of "observer". Jamyl Sarum reveres traditions. She ascended the throne not through a succession, and it was God's sign. (So said my brother) All those who were not satisfied with the burn in hell. http://b1.filmpro.ru/c/402911.660xp.jpg
Indeed, all those who disagree with the decisions of Empress Jamyl should burn in hell.
But again, I have to remind you that Empress Jamyl agreed that Catiz Tash-Murkon was a valid heir.
So by your own logic, if you don't accept the rule of Empress Catiz you deserve to burn in hell.

Where she agreed ?
Catiz Tash-Murkon had been an heir since the coronation of Emperor Doriam II. If Empress Jamyl didn't agree with that, do you not think that she would have said something during her years on the throne?

If Empress Jamyl didn't agree with that, do you not think that she would have said something during her years on the throne? Empress did not have time to solve this problem, and took advantage of the rich and traitors in the past.
So who are we meant to believe?
You, someone less than two weeks out of the Academy, who claims to know the innermost thoughts of Empress Jamyl?
Or the other heirs with decades if not centuries of experience at court who will be giving up their lives for the new Empress?
I think most people would go with the second option.
And that would make you a traitor to the Empire and to the peoples of Amarr.
Good day to you.
